Head of Creative, Brand, and Content Creation Recruited to unify 3 creative teams post-acquisition under a single vision, building a high-performing creative department to support each brand, with shared processes and elevated output.

  • Developed and led brand and campaign strategy for each brand, shaping conceptual direction and storytelling across email, web, social, packaging, video, events, and internal channels.

Senior Creative Director Lead a dynamic team of marketing creatives, driving MyFitnessPal's brand across multiple channels; email, paid and organic social, web, display and print advertising. Orchestrated several multi-channel campaigns each month for both product launches and marketing initiatives. Achieved significant results in customer engagement, product conversions, and heightened brand awareness. Implemented performance-driven metrics to continuously refine and enhance customer engagement strategies.

  • Collaborated seamlessly with the product team, alongside content and UX designers to successfully launch product features and effectively market them across all channels.

Group Creative Director Recruited and managed a creative team of art directors, designers, and digital artists. Orchestrated the translation of brand strategy and vision throughout the organization, both internally and externally.

  • Worked with cross-functional teams including UX, strategy, video, front and back-end dev to conceptualize and deliver compelling campaigns for corporate partners, prospective and existing clients. Produced websites, social media, collateral, video, and mobile.

  • Played a pivotal role in developing and executing programs and marketing initiatives for The Charles Schwab Foundation, closely partnering with Carrie Schwab and her team. Spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive teen financial literacy program, from concept and brand development to execution.Created brand guidelines, video content, websites, teaching materials, print and collateral.

  • Crafted impactful campaigns for Carrie's social channels, leveraging both paid and unpaid strategies to expand her reach. Introduced dynamic content initiatives such as LinkedIn Lives and a weekly #AskCarrie video series.

  • Collaborated with c-suite to conceive and implement a companywide program aimed at activating engagement post TD Ameritrade acquisition. Successfully executed a robust website, videos, interactive content and programs to unite a dispersed workforce of 30,000 remote employees.
